Eligibility and payment

The prepaid product is only for an eligible United States adult business/professional customer who verifies checkout ownership, accepts current terms, and pays through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Access activates only from a verified signed Stripe event, never the redirect.

Included fixed scope

One bounded business AI decision; one non-confidential structured intake; one short clarification session if required; decision-boundary review; evidence-readiness assessment; material risks and missing-evidence identification; recommended evaluation route; concise written memorandum; one factual-correction round; and the delivery target displayed in approved configuration at purchase.

Excluded

No public file/source upload, full system audit, production observation, independent reproduction, certification, compliance approval, legal advice, security guarantee, unlimited revision, unlimited meeting, production authorization, guaranteed result, or high-consequence conclusion. Later secure evidence transfer requires a separate signed scope defining authorization, retention, permitted systems, handling, and deletion.

Customer input

Only the bounded exact non-confidential summary and structured fields expressly approved by the customer may be submitted. The customer affirms age, business purpose, authority, no prohibited data/use, preliminary nature, no certification/advice/guaranteed approval, and no sole consequential reliance.

Credit and correction

The portion of price eligible as a credit, qualifying larger engagement, and eligibility period are fixed in configuration and purchase disclosure. A credit has no cash value and is subject to the terms accepted at purchase. The factual-correction round corrects factual transcription or supplied-context errors; it is not a new decision, evidence set, or unlimited revision.

Refund, timing, and final clauses

The refund and cancellation disclosure applies. The purchase disclosure, these Rapid Review terms, the Verahelm Terms and Conditions, and any signed scope govern commencement, customer delay, rescheduling, delivery targets, acceptance, intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties, liability, disputes, termination, and force majeure. Nothing eliminates liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
