FREE ACCESS TERMS / EFFECTIVE JULY 30, 2026 / VERSION 2026-07-30-US-NC-B2B-Free-v1
Restricted access for evaluation.
These Free Access Terms supplement the Verahelm Terms and Conditions and API Terms.
Eligibility and activation
Free access is limited to an eligible adult United States business or professional user. Activation requires verified email ownership, a recorded authorized business purpose, human verification, acceptance of the current governing documents, and payment-method verification through Stripe-hosted Checkout. A payment method is required; no charge or subscription is created. Access activates only after Verahelm validates the corresponding signed Stripe event. A browser redirect, screenshot, or customer assertion cannot activate access.
Payment information and removal
Stripe receives and processes payment-card information under its own terms. Verahelm does not receive or store raw card data. Verahelm retains only bounded provider references, payment-method state, and a keyed pseudonymous fingerprint used for security, deduplication, and account administration under the Retention Notice. Removing or invalidating the verified payment method suspends Free access and revokes associated Free keys and pending issuance until eligibility is re-established.
Included access and limits
Free access provides 30 units each UTC calendar month, subject to a 6-unit daily limit. It includes one restricted non-production key, selected supported operations, low burst and minute rates, concurrency one, strict payload limits, no rollover, and no overage. Published operation weights count against both limits. Access and capacity remain discretionary and may be throttled, suspended, reduced, or revoked for abuse, security, capacity, legal, or operational reasons. No availability, response-time, renewal, or continued-access commitment is made.
Use boundary
Use only synthetic, public, or internal non-confidential structured summaries for authorized integration or procurement evaluation. Free output is marked non-production and may not be relied on as production authorization. Customer-facing or high-consequence decisions, certification or compliance claims, safety guarantees, benchmark claims, key sharing, extraction, probing, load testing, and circumvention of access controls are prohibited. The Acceptable Use Policy and Prohibited Data and Use restrictions apply.
Data, output, and remedies
API payloads and full outputs have the published zero-persistent-retention boundary. Verahelm may retain the minimum account, acceptance, payment-reference, quota, issuance, usage, and security metadata described in the Retention Notice. Free output is preliminary automated analysis, not certification, professional advice, independent validation of caller-supplied evidence, or a sole or determinative basis for consequential action. The warranty, liability, suspension, dispute, termination, and remedy provisions in the Verahelm Terms and Conditions apply.
